You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp, and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
